Able to produce high quality illustrations within a tight deadline.
Management of outsourced vendors with regards to 2D/3D Art.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics.
Responsible for the visual style and images in game.
Creating game content concepts.
Coordinate activities with other artistic or creative departments.
Ensure that the graphic elements follow the art bibles determined by the Creative Director.
Assist in the production of graphic assets (level art, characters) according to the project’s needs.
Know the game’s storyline and gameplay (game design documents) and adjust the work to reflect these elements.
Create roughs of the models for the level design team.
Responsible for the quality of the models and ensure that they are produced on time.
Contribute to the development of the game’s content.
Any other ad-hoc duties, if necessary.
Diploma in Fine Arts or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative environment, with at least 1 year of experience in games development.
Excellent understanding of line and form, color and light, human anatomy, technical and architecture design, and environmental painting.
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator.
Demonstration of creativity.
Adaptability to different games and graphic styles (pixel, cartoon, realistic, illustrations, etc).
Knowledgeable in contemporary media (Web, games, comics, film, animation, etc).
Organized and efficient.
Good knowledge of Zbursh is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, with good communication skills, and is highly motivated.
Results-driven, focused on delivering quality work.
Fast learner with passion for new technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a mobile gaming industry is a plus.
